I'm Leanne — a Team Dynamicist working with leaders, teams and organisations to uncover the hidden dynamics that quietly hold them back.
My method is immersive and consultative. I get inside the room, listen hard, and use storytelling, analogies and conversational sport to make the invisible visible — without the corporate jargon.
The outcome: leaders who lead, teams that trust each other, and culture that compounds.
